Eyes open to see the ceiling
Thank you GOD for this blessing
Look to my left
To receive wet kisses
Oh how LUCKY I am for you
Mind is now focused on the future
Planning/Analyzing steps to get to the next level
Burying negative thoughts with a shovel
God, why you choose me to see this way
Thanking you every day for this vision
Of knowing that I have you through all seasons
Keep telling myself “inspire others”
Mothers, sisters, cousins, and brothers
That they too can see this way
We are loved each and every day
From a God who loves unconditionally
